My specialism is in working with women with hyper mobility and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, pre and post natal and peri to post menopause.

Over the years I have evolved as a practitioner to work at a deeper and more intuitive level, meeting ‘each woman - each session’, exactly where she ‘is’ and adapting each session to what the client needs most on any given day.

Whether you would like a few ad hoc sessions to invest in yourself or you wish to work with me long-term or multiple times/week, this bespoke and holistic service is the absolute definition of bespoke Women’s Wellbeing.

Each session can be different (if you want it to be!) depending on your wants and needs and can include all or any blend of the following:

  • Building functional strength, fitness and fat-burn programmes tailored for those with pelvic floor/core weakness

  • Pre to Post natal wellness - from core strength, fitness and fat-burn to preparation for the ‘Fourth Trimester’

  • Evidence-based programmes bespoke for the Peri-Post menopause woman

  • Stretching, movement and strategies for chronic pain management

  • Lymphatic flow techniques

  • Guided breath work and meditation

  • Somatic mind-body nervous system techniques including DIY mind-body tools to increase your Vagal tone/move you into ’rest and repair’ state between sessions to release stress and optimise physical and psychological wellbeing

As an Advanced Nutritional Therapist I have the advantage of working at a deeper level than ‘calories in, calories out’ or the other ‘one-size-fits-all’ approaches of most of the well-known weight loss and fitness programmes.

Health is more than a number on a scale or a dress size but as a woman I understand that these can feel like the immediate priority. However, whilst crash dieting and putting in the hours at the gym may have worked for you in previous decades, as we age this is rarely (and frustratingly) effective.

A firm understanding of the whole-body’s underlying physiological factors that can inhibit weight loss, drive cravings and promote low energy are integral in order to support long term, sustainable results.

What we are rarely taught is that optimal functioning of the body’s systems to enable sustainable fat loss and improved energy include regulating blood sugar balance, increasing insulin sensitivity, optimising the thyroid gland, healthy adrenal function, a happy liver, healthy flowing lymphatics and open detox pathways, optimising our genetics and supporting the gut microbiome to work in our favour.

Each client is individual and deserves nothing less than an evidence-based, bespoke approach - from nutrition and exercise prescription to stress management and deep nurture - in order to truly support ‘mind and body’ to achieve ultimate wellbeing.

PRICING

Initial Consultation £150.00 (60 minutes) - includes screening for unresolved diastasis recti/pelvic floor and core dysfunction. We can also assess your metrics (body fat/visceral fat/body weight/body measurements/blood pressure/pulse and baseline photos) where relevant.

Follow on sessions are 50 minutes.

If you wish to work for an extended period together then there are discounts for block bookings.
