  • unpick why old exercise/diet habits no longer elicit the same results;
  • what you CAN do to preserve your vitality – physical and mental;
  • learn about optimal nutrition for hormonal balance and weight maintenance;
  • deepen our understanding of our hormones and bone health;
  • assess postural alignment;
  • understand how to take responsibility for optimal pelvic and core health;
  • complete an 8 week exercise programme bespoke to weight loss and fat burn for this stage of life;
  • and MOST IMPORTANTLY …overcome the ‘war on self’ mentality of younger years, learn to embrace AND LOVE the beauty, strength and wisdom that comes with the third age!
  • includes a TAKE AWAY BAG filled with exercise kit and cards for Home-work(outs), nutrition and recipe packs, some Ayurvedic home-made (with love) products for hormonal balance and detoxing and more!
